Oatmeal Raisin cookies is my second iteration. When I make it, I did not count for the pieces. Therefore, its only come out with six small pieces. Also, I reheat for three time but still not soft. At the end I found, I forgot I have to look for Fahrenheit not Celsius so I only turn 170 F for first time.
Baking oatmeal raisin cookies need to prepare 240g cake flour, 100g unsalted butter, 40g sugar, 2 eggs, 40g honey, 220g oatmeal, and 110g raisin.
First step is to mix butter and sugar. It better to see a bubble.
Next step is to stir with honey and cake flour. Remember do not add all the flour at the same time.
And add all the oatmeal and raisin in. Preheating oven 370 F and bake for 20 minutes.
I fail for first time because of the wrong temperature so I had do another one for sharing. It taste pretty good.

Emily, I am so curious... did you use raisins, and also another fruit? I see orange pieces. I like dried fruit in cookies - my favourite is dried apricot.
